Resident from 47 The Ruddings spoke in relation to item 4.1 on agenda explaining the reasons for resubmission.

4. Review Planning Applications

4.1 4 The Ruddings, Wheldrake (16/02443/FUL)

• Single storey side and single storey side and rear extensions (resubmission)
• Dated by CYC 28 October 2016. Comments by 18 November 2016
• Councillors unanimously agreed that ‘B’ have no objections to the application.

4.2  26 Raker Close, Wheldrake (16/02392/FUL)

• Single storey side and rear extension
• Dated by CYC 28 October 2016. Comments by 18 November 2016
• Councillors 'C' do not object but wish to make comments. The proposed plans appear to indicate an overlooking window on the gable end wall of the assumed south east elevation. The double window overlooks the rear garden of the adjacent semi-detached property so obscured glass would be recommended. Councillors also raised concern of the date of the proposed drawings provided being December 2015.
