1. Introduction
The chairman, David Randon, opened the meeting and welcomed all who were present.
2. Minutes of the Last Meeting held on 17th May 2016
These were agreed unanimously by Councillors.
3. Chairman’s Report
The chairman gave a full report on the activities of the Parish Council for the preceding twelve months. The Chairman’s report was formally proposed, seconded and accepted by those present.
4. Financial Report
The Financial Recorder presented a report on the Income and Expenditure Account for 2016/17. Following a discussion, the Financial Report was proposed, seconded and accepted.
5. Ward Councillor report
Cllr Mercer gave a report on ward activities and an update on ward funding for the year 2016/17.
6. Open Forum
No issues raised.
7. The Chairman’s Closing Remarks
The chairman thanked everyone for attending the meeting and closed the meeting at 7.30pm.
