CANCELLATION
Wheldrake Parish Council has cancelled the open evening that was to be held at the Village Hall between 5.00pm and 8.00pm on Friday October 9th, 2020.
This decision has been made as a result of Government measures to control the spread of Covid-19 and the increasing rate of infection within the City of York.

The Parish Council still wants input from residents as to your priorities to better inform the process we use to build our budget for 2021-2022.
You can make your input to help us build our budget by:
• Attending the start of the Parish Council meeting on Wednesday, October 28th at 7.00pm via Zoom video link.
• Writing to the Parish Council c/o 89 Back Lane South, Wheldrake, YO19 6DT before the end of October
• Email to Gemma our clerk: clerk@wheldrake-pc.gov.uk
Of course, residents are welcome to attend and speak at the start of all meetings of the Parish Council and to write to us too.
Hopefully, in 2021 we can once again hold an open evening as part of our approach to building the Parish Council budget.
